Community Access Program

The CRC has been sponsoring a Community Access Program (CAP) Network for several years. This program provides computer access for rural communities and is funded by Industry Canada and supports sites located at: the Madawaska Valley Association for Community Living – Activities+, the Madawaska Valley Library, the Opeongo Seniors’ Centre, the Community Resource Centre, and the Quadeville Youth Centre.
