CPNP assists communities to develop programs for at-risk
pregnant women to improve birth outcomes. Under CPNP, community-based
projects can offer food supplements, nutrition information,
support, education, referral, and counselling on such lifestyle
issues as alcohol abuse, stress, and family violence.
