Child Poverty Action Network
Renfrew County Poverty Action Network was founded in 2000 to work to eliminate the effects of child poverty and to do so in a manner that was empowering and inclusive.
The network’s activities fall under three categories: practical assistance, advocacy, and education. Its membership is made up of individuals, agencies and organizations. Our members range in age and profession and come from a variety of social and economic backgrounds, but all share a common goal: a commitment to eliminating child poverty.
CRC is a founding member of CPAN and many of CRC’s Direct Support programs are offered in partnership with CPAN.
